Easter

Easter is wonderful for a number of reasons. Obviously, it's a sacred day meant to remember the resurrection of our Savior. For that reason alone, I love it. I also enjoy the festive traditions with my kids. Dying eggs is a lot easier than making costumes and the candy is beyond compare. We hid eggs with Jason, Gentry and Xandra. It was a good time. I'm not one to obsess over matching easter wear, in fact I'm not in favor of the whole easter dress thing but it happened to work out that way this year.
Cute Eliza moment: After church, we loaded up the kids and I noticed Eliza had a picture from nursery with a picture of the Savior and another of the tomb. I asked her what she learned about at church and without hesitation she said, "This is Jesus, and this is Jesus' bed!" Too cute. It was a great day.

Noah was way more interested in peeling and eating the eggs than he was dying and decorating them. I had no problem with that. Waste not, want not.
