Three months late, but it's finally done. I guess that's what happens when you have a $20 budget and lots of homemade decor. I'm proud to say I finished under budget. I think i'll treat myself to a dub-cheese. :)

Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. I feel like I am going to burst into a crying fit beause this is too cute. You have a true gift, my friend. Any chance that you would come be my decorating/shopping consultant for our house. Don't worry -- most of our rooms are still undecorated. I just get stumped about what to do, so I don't do anything. Hazel's room is SOOO cute and I'm so glad you used some hot air balloons. Hot Air Balloons will forever remind me of you! love you and love this Nursery!
